Benjamin Keethler
A public-private infrastructure executive and founder of a multi-state federal IT services firm. Benjamin has delivered more than $150M in regulated technology programs. As a member of the Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance Committee, he helped author the first codified data center standards and negotiate enforceable mitigation for nearby residents.

A land use, zoning, and infrastructure advisor with direct experience in the nation’s most active data center markets. Kathryn served on Prince William County’s Data Center Ordinance Advisory Group and Historical Commission, contributing to zoning, noise, and design standards while translating complex regulatory issues into actionable guidance for officials.
