A technology executive and co-founder of a federal IT services firm, with more than $150 million in delivered technology programs. As a member of Loudoun County's Zoning Ordinance Committee, he directly contributed to the County's first codified data center standards, including property setbacks, noise limits, and lighting requirements. He has also negotiated enforceable mitigation measures to protect residents affected by nearby data center development.
A land-use, zoning, and infrastructure advisor with direct experience in Northern Virginia's rapidly expanding data center market. She served on Prince William County's Data Center Ordinance Advisory Group and Historical Commission, helping shape discussions around zoning, noise mitigation, design standards, and community compatibility. Her experience brings a practical understanding of how local governments balance infrastructure development, regulatory requirements, and community interests.
